North Georgia Getaway Weekend

We spent the weekend in North Georgia with some of our favorite people Katie and Sly Knight! Saturday my sweet husband got up with me before the sun so I could play with my new fixed focus lens.

Then we visited Cavender Creek Vineyards, Three Sisters Vineyards and Winery, Frogtown Cellars and Wolf Mountain Vineyards.

After our wine tasting at Three Sisters Vineyards we enjoyed their "Fat Boy Pink" - recommended to be paired with a ham sandwich or fried chicken with our BBQ lunch...and it was fabulous!

Then we spent some time wandering in the vineyards at Frogtown Cellars...

The last stop on our winery tour was Wolf Mountain Winery. After our tasting we explored the grounds and enjoyed the delicious picnic Katie and Sly had packed with some sparkling wine in the Vineyards.

Sunday we stopped by Elijay to visit the Georgia Apple Festival.

We took a break from the orchard to play in the sunflowers and have some bottled cokes!
