Jace Newborn Shoot

Jace was born on May 6, 2014 and I had the honor of meeting him a few days later for his newborn photo shoot! This was definitely the most difficult shoot I've done so far...likely because this is by far my youngest subject to date! It was an experience, but a lot of fun and I think we actually ended up with some pretty good shots of a beautiful baby boy and his wonderful family! All of my research to prepare for this shoot had said to make sure to do it within the first 7-10 days so the baby would be sleepy, and we got it in during the recommended range but he definitely was wide awake for most of the afternoon! Jace's dad is a Georgia Tech alum, so I borrowed one of Braden's game day ties and we dressed Jace up like a little yellow jacket!

Jace was NOT a fan of the guitar prop!

Overall I'd say my first newborn session was a success! We ended up with some pretty shots that hopefully at least come close to capturing how completely adorable this new little family is!
